WE HAD HARDLY ANY COMMUNICATION THE VEHICLE WAS THERE FOR 2 WEEKS. WE CONTACTED THE DEALERSHIP TO LET THEM KNOW THAT THIS WAS GOING ON OUR CORPORATE ACCOUNT. SPOKE TO AARON HE TOOK DOWN THE ACCOUNT NUMBER 2 WEEKS. WE CONTACTED THE DEALERSHIP TO LET THEM KNOW THAT THIS WAS GOING ON OUR CORPORATE ACCOUNT. SPOKE TO AARON HE TOOK DOWN THE ACCOUNT NUMBER AND NOTHING WAS IN THE CORPORATE ACCOUNT WEHEN WE PICKS UP, THE GAL IN THE CASHIER WHEN I TOLD HER THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ON OUR CORPORATE ACCOUNT , SHE WAS VERY SHORT AND SAID WELL ITS NOT, I EXPLAINED WE SPOKE TO AARON ABOUT IT AND WE EMAILED GRACE (WHO ADVISED TO TELL SERVICE) SHE THEN MADE A CALL TO ASK, AND HER WORDS WERE "APPARANTLY THESE PEOPLE ARE SAYING THIS IS A CORPORATE ACCOUNT SERVICE" IT WAS VERY RUDE. WE WEREN'T FALSELY PUTTING A CHARGE ON AN ACCOUNT. I WAS EXTREMELY UNHAPPY ABOUT THE WAY WE WERE TREATED. WHEN SHE GOT THE "OK" TO CHARGE THE ACCOUNT HER ATTITUDE CHANGED. More

This dealership has subpar service every time I go to take in my vehicle. They lack communication and professionalism to their paying customers. You make a morning appointment (7:30 am) and drop off your take in my vehicle. They lack communication and professionalism to their paying customers. You make a morning appointment (7:30 am) and drop off your vehicle expecting that by mid day or the end of the day they would call you to update you about your vehicle and the issue. They FAIL TO DO SO. I would have to make the phone call and track someone down to get an update. It’s bad service and frustrating to the customer. This happens EVERY TIME. Also, If a service advisor goes on break there should be someone covering for that person. I’ve complained time and time again . I’ve spoken to the manager who seems lazy himself. Seen In his office with his feet up. He should be answering the phones and helping with customers service! I would never buy a Jeep again just because I don’t want to have to deal with bad service every time I go. I even told them to tag my account that I’m going to nail them for bad service if I’m not treated correctly as I will be voicing my complaints! You would think they would listen but they don’t seem to care! I have zero issues at Other dealerships ! Mercedes, Toyota, bmw, and. Audi all top notch service. Send your people over to other dealerships to get an idea of how customers should be treated ! More

Elk Grove Dodge should value employee Aaron Padilla! He had me in and out within 90 minutes when I brought my vehicle in for maintenance! He was simple to work with and wasn’t trying to over sell me o He had me in and out within 90 minutes when I brought my vehicle in for maintenance! He was simple to work with and wasn’t trying to over sell me on stuff I felt wasn’t necessary. My vehicle is only 15 months old and the last time I brought my vehicle in for service, the gal had 2k worth of stuff she said the vehicle needed which turned out to be inaccurate. I was hesitant to come back as I bring my vehicle there for service on a regular basis. My experience with Aaron was back to normal and smooth! More
