On 12/30/23, I purchased a 2024 Accord from Zimmerman Honda. In the previous 2 weeks, I had contacted 5 other Honda dealers, and I decided to make the 90 mile trip to Zimmerman. The morning before the purchase, I called Zimmerman and spoke with Brendon. I made the conversation short and to the point. Two questions,,,is the car I'm interested in still there and what could be done with the price. Brendon said the car was still there and he would check on a sale price. A short time later, the Sales Manager, Aaron called me. After some small talk and banter, he gave me some numbers that I couldn't refuse. I gave them a deposit and told them I would make the trip in the morning. Upon my arrival, the car was sitting out front with a fresh detail and a tank full of gas. Brendon was very personable and patient with me. The only pressure he put on me was wanting to know if I would like water or a soda. Aaron came out and met with me (watchout for his handshake) and offered more friendly banter. Nice guy. Eric, in finance, got me in and right out without trying to beat me to death with any additional purchases. Finally, Brendon walked me out to my new car and set up my phone connection and ran thru the basics of operation. My experience there was nothing short of exceptional. Our salesperson, Adam, was very friendly and took the time to get to know us and our vehicle needs. He discussed with us the features of the Crv Sport Hybrid, the different trim levels, and the cost for time to get to know us and our vehicle needs. He discussed with us the features of the Crv Sport Hybrid, the different trim levels, and the cost for each trim level. This made it easier for us to decide which trim level was best for us. After test driving a Crv Sport Hybrid, he took the time to answer our remaining questions. He was very friendly and low pressure. He worked with us on getting a fair price for our trade in and on helping us to understand exactly what our final cost would be. We were able to purchase the exact trim level and color we wanted. After we purchased the vehicle, he worked to get us into our new vehicle that day. He went over the infotainment system with us and even paired our phone with it. We couldn’t have asked for a better salesperson. The Sales Manager, Aaron, came over during the sales process to make sure we were being treated well. Also, a shoutout to Eric in the finance department for being so friendly and for clearly explaining all of the documents we were signing. We were happy with the entire buying experience. This was our our first experience with Zimmerman Honda. Their service department is highly rated, so we hope our service experience will be as good as our sales experience. More

Finally found a dealership that was actually a pleasure to visit. Was helping my daughter to buy her first car after a few hand-me-down cars during high school and college. Luis was the perfect person to to visit. Was helping my daughter to buy her first car after a few hand-me-down cars during high school and college. Luis was the perfect person to explain all the options on this CRV and the benefits of a certified car, even with brand new tires. When 2.9% financing was offered and approved she couldn't pass up this deal. Eric spent extra time to ensure my daughter fully understood her financed vehicle. Very satisfied, Luis even offered to have a couple minor bumper scuffs repainted and missing cargo cover installed. This all made us even more appreciative to be part of the Zimmerman Honda family. More
