Ken is obviously a draw for your dealership in professionalism and attention to details!! I’ve now purchased 3 ARMADAS and happy with all of them, a 2008, then 2011 and drove it til got the 2020…. professionalism and attention to details!! I’ve now purchased 3 ARMADAS and happy with all of them, a 2008, then 2011 and drove it til got the 2020….ALL NEW FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! The 2020 now is proving to be challenging to say the least!?!? Three items that can only be referred to as defective with NO IMPACT CONTACT REASONS for repair?!? Would appreciate a follow up contact to explain?!? Thanks! More

Service advisor could not explain what recall they did. Technician left oil all over the interior and did not put rear floor mat back in place. I was replacing 2 vehicles. A 22 Toyota Corolla Cross and 1 Technician left oil all over the interior and did not put rear floor mat back in place. I was replacing 2 vehicles. A 22 Toyota Corolla Cross and 18 Nissan Armada. I went to sales and had to get the sales manager to find help. Milton that was working with me was great until I needed to make a down payment decision that would take at least 48 hours. Milton was very upset and acted as if I was wasting his time. I told him I would be back Saturday. He called me the next day but I was busy. He then kept asking me questions and demanding answers. I hung up on him because he was being rude and not accepting my answers of being busy. He then called me again 10 minutes later and was angry. He told me he didn't care if I was going to make a complaint and to stop wasting his time. More

I am in sells and service my self and Milton was great he didn't try to up sell me he knew what truck was right for me he treated me like a customer. I had a bad experience with a sales man at another compan didn't try to up sell me he knew what truck was right for me he treated me like a customer. I had a bad experience with a sales man at another company who was trying to have me sign stuff without even getting a price yet and was just making me mad. As this was happening I texted Milton " I'm on my way I want you to sell me a truck" and that's exactly what happened once I pulled up they had keys ready for me to test drive within minutes. Milton told me and my father to take it around the block and behold we ran out of Gas on the test drive. Even though being on the side of the highway for like 15 minutes I still bought the truck.
