Without question, the service department is one of the worst experiences I have had. Consistent, systematic errors in communicating with customers, setting poor expectations, and disappointing in both ti worst experiences I have had. Having owned an independent car repair shop for 20 years, it is hard to fathom the lack of customer focus and attention to detail. As an Operations engineer, I highly recommend consulting an expert to script a desirable customer journey and modernize both check-in amd check-out procedures. Sales staff are professional, and knowledgeable without pressure. Go above and beyond to explain the vehicle, the process of the sale, ensure follow up and assistance after the sale.
