Went in for an oil change at 25k miles and they tried to sell a $650 maintained package for 30k. Also made an appointment online and still waited 2 hours just for the oil change. I was told there were 13 ca sell a $650 maintained package for 30k. Also made an appointment online and still waited 2 hours just for the oil change. I was told there were 13 cars ahead of me and it would be 2 hours I asked why did I even have an appointment and the appointment is only to talk to the guy at the task about the maintained not and not actually have your car worked on. Wasted an afternoon. They ultimately comped my oil change but terrible system and very salesly. More

Brought my CX-5 in for 75,000 mile check up, they provided me with a loaner car and about an hour after I left I received a text with a video of the technician who was working in my car, he pointed o provided me with a loaner car and about an hour after I left I received a text with a video of the technician who was working in my car, he pointed out several mechanical items in great, good and poor shape. He zoomed in on the poor item and explained to me what was wrong and what would happen if left unfixed. Below is the written write up ai also received of issue. BOTH DRIVER AND PASSENGER REAR SIDE CONTROL ARM BUSHINGS ARE TEARING. WILL EVENTUALLY NEED TO REPLACE. I felt very informed to make the right decision. Very friendly staff, good listeners and very professional. More
