Very poor customer service Bought a brand new 2017 Legacy from here in July of 2016. It was the beginning of my nightmare. I have owned Subaru vehicles before and have been lo Bought a brand new 2017 Legacy from here in July of 2016. It was the beginning of my nightmare. I have owned Subaru vehicles before and have been looking forward to purchasing a new one. I wish I had gone ANYWHERE else. My first salesman really screwed up the deal and I was transferred to Steven Blue. He tried to make things right but it was just a comedy of errors with the whole transaction. Steven Blue, tried his best but all other customer service is nonexistent. I can't tell you how many calls I have made for various issues that don't get returned, or issues that never get resolved. I have been made to feel insignificant and unappreciated after spending over $35,000 for a brand new car. Scheduling service is easy online but don't let the button that says you want a loner fool you. You will not get a loner. First time I got to the dealership expecting the loner I requested online because I had another appointment with my son. Although my online appointment clearly stated I wanted a loner I was denied and told I would have to wait for my car. So my son and I missed his appointment as we sat in the dealership waiting. The next time I scheduled online requesting a loner AND called the service advisor, Aaron Hauser, I was assigned. My appointment was for the following week. Aaron, said he would call me back by Friday when I specifically told him I could not wait until the day before to find out I would be stuck at the dealership while my car was serviced, had a camera repaired and an interior detail. Of course... he waited a week and called me back the afternoon before my appointment and left me a phone message to tell me I would not get a loner. Tried calling him back and left two messages but never got a return call . Also text him, but was ignored. So now I had to reschedule my appointment because again I had other appointments and could not wait at the dealership all day while they did the repairs and interior detail. Its par for the course with this dealership. Calls are not returned, emails are not returned and you basically get blown off if you have any type of issue. I wish I had gone to ANY other Subaru dealership, although I love my car with the stress and inconvenience this dealership has caused me it would have been worth the extra money I would have paid and the longer drive to go to either Idaho or Spokane Valley Subaru. More

(Stay away from Subaru in Spokane Valley) Today I brought my car i I purchased my 2013 Forester here a couple of years ago. Excellent sales-team. (Stay away from Subaru in Spokane Valley) Today I brought my car in for an oil change. Aaron, an excellent young man, told me that Subaru was aware of some Subaru's having an oil consumption issue. My vin # put me in that catagory. They changed my oil and are running an oil consumption for 1200 miles. If my engine, does indeed, need a part to correct the issue, Subaru will take care of it. They shuttled me to work this morning and picked me up right on time. EVERYONE I have had contact with at this location has been outstanding. Their sales floor and service desk are immaculate. I am so glad I did not take my car in to another mechanic for oil change. I am sure I would not have been notified of the possibility of an issue. Subaru's of Spokane is honest and have integrity. Nothing special throughout the buying experience, he did a basic job for us. I was interested in purchasing another vehicle a couple of weeks later for myself, and so I made an appointment. Aaron didn't show up to the appointment and pawned me off to someone else who tried to spark my interest in a vehicle that had been in an accident. Just a few days before that we had sent in my in-laws to buy a car from Aaron. They bought a brand new Outback from him as well. We didn't receive any type of communication to thank us for the referral. Consequently, I ended up buying my new Mini from another dealership. We will be trading in my wife's Outback for a new Tribeca from a different dealership, as well, unfortunately. I'm sure Aaron didn't intentionally give us poor service, but because of our past experiences, we will not be back to the Subaru of Spokane. More

the people were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable...PERIOD I came to your facility for service on my '06 Baja. While there, I was escorted upstairs to view some vehicles (for my daughter) and decided to purcha I came to your facility for service on my '06 Baja. While there, I was escorted upstairs to view some vehicles (for my daughter) and decided to purchase a new (2017) Forester. All the people I dealt with (Steve, Aaron, Mary, Murray) were extremely friendly, helpful and seemed quite knowledgeable. I returned the next day with my daughter and we were pleased with the Forester and its many features. After a couple of major setbacks (on the financing), Steve and Mary went the extra mile to make it happen and we (my daughter and I) are now the owner(s) of a fabulous new Forester! The way I was treated at your dealership have made me a customer for life!! More

First Subaru :) I have shopped/purchased vehicles via dealerships in the past, and I have to say this was absolutely the best buying experience I’ve been a part of. A new vehicle is often a daunting experience, especially when it is a necessity, rather than a scheduled upgrade. We contacted Subaru via an online inquiry. We did not have a trade-in, as we had just received the news that my current car was beyond fixable, (and the reason for our inquiry). Aaron Hauer responded to our online inquiry very promptly. Though we live in Spokane, my partner works in Alaska, which can make these moments a bit tricky. Aaron was phenomenal in working around the logistics of spotty reception, time zones, and a few thousand miles. I cannot say enough about the sincere, non-pressuring, informative, and truly above and beyond, customer service of not only Aaron, but the financial team as well. Tyler was friendly, professional, and incredibly patient with my questions; which was greatly appreciated during my first “brand new” car purchase. I feel exceptionally good about our purchase of a 2016 Crosstrek, and very confident in the continued support of the team at the dealership. These gentlemen truly speak volumes for the brand, and the team at Spokane Subaru. I cannot say thank you enough!!! More

The amount of time that Aaron and Eric spent with us showed just how confident they were that they sell a super product. They answered each of our questions carefully, no matter how much time it took. They worked with us until we got the right car at a mutually agreed upon price through the Costco buying program.. Since we already owned a 2008 Outback, we were basically sold on the product before going in. Mary was so organized and ready for us to sign the various papers. What these three employees did was to make our 2015 OUTBACK purchase a pleasure instead of an ordeal. Many thanks to Aaron, Eric and Mary More
