I took my car in for the oil change and tire rotation and supposed to do a detail clean. I got my car back and the cleaning was not done. It looked like they sprayed water on the outside of car and that was supposed to do a detail clean. I got my car back and the cleaning was not done. It looked like they sprayed water on the outside of car and that was it. The staff at the sales desk was not friendly at all I felt like I was disturbing him to ask about my service appt. It takes me a hour and 7 minutes to get there to be that disappointed. I purchased a premium warranty package to cover this and I was so disappointed with them, I have to wonder if they filled the fluids or did the other warranty part correctly. I have tried to call the sales manager on this to no avail no one will answer the phone or if I leave a message no one returns a call so frustrating.. More

We drove 5 hours to pick up a car we purchased from Marshall. I would never deal with this dealership again, poor commination, did not present car as it was. I asked questions and was told it was in gr Marshall. I would never deal with this dealership again, poor commination, did not present car as it was. I asked questions and was told it was in great condition, salesman could not get it thru his head that we were 5 hours away, so returning 2 days later for the spare key was out of the question. Hard to get replies to our questions, then salesman tells me he is too busy with customers that are at the dealership. More

Everyone that I dealt with at the dealership while buying my new 2013 Toyota Avalon Limited Hybrid was very nice and very helpful. I live in Covington Ky, but was willing to drive the distance to Dry Ridge Toyota because their prices were lower than all of the Toyota dealerships here in the Northern Kentucky area. I am a loyal customer when it comes to taking my vehicle in for service so I look forward to taking my Toyota to them to have service done on it. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone that is thinking of buying a new Toyota. More

I had an awesome experience at Dry Ridge. First of all, I went there instead of Toyota in Florence, because my buying experience 4 yrs ago was painfully awful. Went into Dry Ridge on a Thursday, expecting to went there instead of Toyota in Florence, because my buying experience 4 yrs ago was painfully awful. Went into Dry Ridge on a Thursday, expecting to just look and take a test drive of a 2013 Tacoma. Instead, I got some solid and fair numbers and two days later, went back and purchased the truck. Haven't regretted it since. Love the vehicle and love the atmosphere and the people who I dealt with. Will definitely go back for my next Toyota purchase, although I love my new truck so much that it may be quite a while till I go "Truck Shopping" again. Great price. Great attitude. Great total experience. More

Everyone I encountered at Dry Ridge Toyota was pleasant, prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. The finance manager was focused and well organized. The sales staff was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, a prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. The finance manager was focused and well organized. The sales staff was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and not high pressure at all. They did a great job of walking us through the functions and features of the vehicle before we drove it off the lot. I felt that the tone of the whole experience was friendly and consultative. Buying a car can be a stressful experience, but the employees at Dry Ridge Toyota do everything they can to take the stress out of the situation, making it a pleasant, customer-friendly experience, while providing good value at the same time. More
