Earnhardt Cadillac has NEVER let me down.
Friday night, around 8pm, I was going to use my car and it wouldn't start. I called Earnhardt Service Center on Saturday right at 8am. Aaron,
Friday night, around 8pm, I was going to use my car and it wouldn't start. I called Earnhardt Service Center on Saturday right at 8am. Aaron, listened and advised me to call the Cadillac Road Assistance number. Aaron said the battery was good, they'd squeeze me in to get me help. I did and they made arrangements for a repair service.
Within 10 minutes I had a text letting me know there was someone on the way. The constant text messages kept me informed and confident they would be one the way.
Within 20 minutes I had a repair service man, who gave my battery a jump start and let me know the alternator was fine but I needed a new battery. The gentleman was friendly, experienced, and very helpful
I called Earnhardt and let them know I was on the way. Once I got there, Aaron immediately got me in and within 45 minutes my car had a new battery, with a 3-year warranty!
My car was fixed and ready. I am SO happy with Earnhardt Cadillac Service Department!!
