Something has changed. .. Management has begun price gouging for parts and playing with the cars.. are coming for one thing and suddenly something else is broken days later .. I took a look at how much every other dealer is charging for the parts that were replaced in my last service and magically Arlington Acura is charging me twice as much for a part that I could have gotten from another Acura dealer parts department for half the price... plus install hours! It's not for sure suspicious, it's a straight up ripoff. I thought these guys had my back but I know there's been a management change in the new regime is xxxx bent to show profitability at all costs!! I won't be going back and this is after many years of going there religiously! Disappointed doesn't begin to describe it I thought these people were my friends.. More
