I went in with an odd sound happening at high speeds. They took the time to find the issue with much trial and error...turned out to be a loose gasket along the windshield. The wait was too long, I came for an oil change and as usual they pushed additional services to run up the bill. I like bringing the car back to the dealer but will consider a third party service next tim usual they pushed additional services to run up the bill. Top notch service department. These professionals have ALWAYS given me the most reliable advice on servicing all of my Acuras over the years. I can’t say enough good things about the Service Department at Arlington Acura in Palatine. I have been taking my cars there for 13 years now. Even though I only drive used cars with lots of mile Department at Arlington Acura in Palatine. I have been taking my cars there for 13 years now. Even though I only drive used cars with lots of miles, they always treat me like I am their #1 VIP Customer. I can always easily get an appt., they’re always super helpful, they always wash my car without me asking. They have a nice waiting room. And, they only do what work needs to be done on my car. I never feel scammed. All of the Service guys are great, but I think I am assigned to Jeremy, and he is always helpful . He likes chocolate chip cookies, so sometimes I drop some off as a little thank you. if my car needs a longer service, they always have a loaner car ready for me, at no charge. A+ service for sure! More

I had problem with the car, the electronics stooped working. They just reset software and didn't find the root cause. They gave me car back without any paper work.
