My name is Ashley, I have been with Reineke since the beginning of 2022 where I started in BDR (business development represtitve) and then moved to a Service Advisor in mid 2022. I grew up around vehicles by helping my dad and brothers. I am married to my best friend of 14 years and have 3 amazing children. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my kids and husband and spoiling our german/shephard Sophia.

They diagnosed the problem accurately, but had to wait on parts and a tool for over a week. The interior was mud stained when I got the truck and then I had to call them the next day because some sort of sl parts and a tool for over a week. The technician they sent out to diagnose the problem knew what the problem was fixed it in less then 10 minutes. More
