The Kunes of Sycamore itself wasn't good. I am only rating the new manager Rick 5 stars. He helped me out after I purchased a vehicle there. They didn't disclose the big scratch on the roof a I am only rating the new manager Rick 5 stars. He helped me out after I purchased a vehicle there. They didn't disclose the big scratch on the roof and the warranties being placed on it. It took over month to get my registration and im still waiting on my money back plus the warranties to come off. I even had to use a bank instead because that's the only way I could get a decent price. Rick was the only one who stepped up to help with all this. More

There was extra frees on the loan that I was unaware of and a dent in my car that needs to be fixed. Sure there nice people but didn't disclose everything. I had to go 2 hrs to get the vehicle because they and a dent in my car that needs to be fixed. Sure there nice people but didn't disclose everything. I had to go 2 hrs to get the vehicle because they wouldn't send it to my local dealer. I love my vehicle but now I'm paying the consequences. More
