I had to ask and ask for status on work to be completed (on my NEW 2025 Van) just to be told it was on the way (a couple of times), but on the way never arrived. Bottom line, I was told the job would take approximately 30 - 60 minutes to complete, This was the 4.5 hours I waited (for the 30 - 60 minutes job). BTW, I purchased the BEST service option. Now I wonder ....... More
