Disappointing Experience with Manuel in Finance My experience with Manuel in the finance department was disappointing and left much to be desired. Despite our salesperson's excellent service, Manuel's experience with Manuel in the finance department was disappointing and left much to be desired. Despite our salesperson's excellent service, Manuel's professionalism and attitude towards customers need significant improvement. Upon setting a price for the monthly payment, Manuel responded with a smirk and laugh, which was disrespectful and unprofessional. This behavior, coupled with a negative attitude throughout the process, made me feel undervalued as a customer. Unfortunately, due to his lack of flexibility and dismissive demeanor, no deal was closed over a mere $200 difference. I believe Manuel could benefit from additional training on customer interaction and professionalism to avoid similar experiences in the future. More
