Thank you Hayes once more for going above and beyond. After owning a 1999 Dodge Dakota for almost 25 years I felt it was time to trade up with something newer and even more dependable. After I had my old truck in for service just around thanksgiving 2023, I thought I would take another look at a 2019 RAM 1500 BIGHORN that I saw on the website, Next, I headed over to the used sales department with my wife where I met Abez who treated me like family from that moment on. He showed us every feature the truck had to offer and then we took the test drive which I was able to test the handling and drivability which made me feel comfortable. The sales and finance managers were no different! When all the paper were signed Abez took me over and spotted things I had missed, and they later replaced the windshield with a brand new one and then a week later even fixed a clog they found in the windshield washer pump. When he said they were serious about taking care of their customers I can honestly say they aren't just saying that they prove with their actions. THANK YOU SO MUCH! More

This was the least difficult buying experience I've ever had Found a Certiifed Pre owned car online that was at this dealer. I live near Knoxville, TN, so I had to call the dealer and couldn't just drop in. When I called, I talked to Abez who was friendly and helpful. After a little negotiation on price, and the typical "I need to talk to my manager", we finally agreed on a price where I feel we both "won". The negotiating was the least difficult I have ever had at any dealer ever. I told them I'd be bringing a check from by bank and there was no argument or high pressure tactics to try to get me to finance through them. I told him I just wanted a quick and easy purchase with no hassle, and that's what Abez made it. I rented a car and drove down to Atlanta (Lawrenceville) once we had worked out everything by phone. Upon arrival, I met with Abez and we immediately went to look at the car. He waited very patiently as I inspected it thoroughly. When I inspect used cars, I do far more than most people. He was patient the whole time as I inspected for any unreported damage, made sure there were no repainted areas, and even hooked up my diagnostic scanner to check the entire vehicle computer. After everything checked out, we went on a test drive and then returned to the dealer to complete the paperwork. Abez got all the paperwork together quickly and efficiently. At this point, I was expecting the high pressure stuff of extra scotch guard treatments and rust protection and all the other unnecessary nonsense that dealers push to try to squeeze every penny out of a buyer. However, there was none of that. He presented the paperwork exactly as we discussed on the phone and everything went very smoothly. There was a bit of a wait to speak to the lady in the finance office (there always is. Seriously, why is there always a wait for the finance people??). The finance lady then completed the final paperwork without issue and I was on my way. Overall, this was the least painful car buying experience I've ever had. The hardest part was probably signing all the paperwork since I was out of state which pretty much doubled all the papers to sign. I would definitely recommend Abez and this dealership based on my experience. More

Should have done more digging. I bought a 2013 Dodge Challenger R/T last week. It was marketed as a certified used vehicle, and we will get to that later. First, I have pretty im I bought a 2013 Dodge Challenger R/T last week. It was marketed as a certified used vehicle, and we will get to that later. First, I have pretty impeccable credit, and they initially went through their bank(s) it came back with something close to a 26% interest on a 72 month note.... I would hate to see what bad credit buyers get. So naturally, I went with my bank that I wanted to go with initially, Navy Federal. They basically told me, “Here”s 30k, use what you need or all of it, doesn’t matter, 3.7% interest.” So I had test drove and seen this car for about two weeks, however in the timeframe I had after work only sales was open. So I had to drive on a Saturday, from East side of Athens to Lawrenceville, and ended up with a basic $7 car wash, no vacuum, no air freshener, nothing remotely close to a detail. Time and Money wasted. A few days later my CEL comes on. It’s the notorious P0741 code, that is basically guaranteed for these cars with original transmissions. It ultimately means a new transmission. I contacted my local dealer and while it is technically under warranty, it is not registered as a Certified Used Vehicle in the system. My fault lies in not getting a paper stating it was, and when trying to get in touch with sales and finance, I was hung up on over 14 times and when I called back they said we must have lost connection.....we were both on landlines... Have documents of everything you are buying. Because of this I will never do business with Hayes again, unless there is a gross compensation that makes up for my time and money and even then I’ll be leary, certainly not the type of Dealership that Mike and his family have ran since... well, decades really. I expected more. I trusted the name. More
