I have purchased 2 vehicles from Rock River Block, both of them have issues with their transmissions. My newest vehicle has had transmission issues within the first 6 months of signing the paperwork. I kee of them have issues with their transmissions. My newest vehicle has had transmission issues within the first 6 months of signing the paperwork. I keep getting the run around from them and being sent to different dealerships only to be told they cant do anything for me. When I asked Anderson about putting me in a new vehicle I was told I would need another down payment and I would still be held accountable for the remainder of my first loan. MY CAR IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY!!! I was also not told about the multiple accidents my vehicle was in prior to my ownership and if any of the accidents caused the transmission issue it is not covered.. UNACCEPTABLE!!! More

Excellent customer service! I was apprehensive if I would be able to get financed for a vehicle. A'lisa was wonderful!!! She took me through the process step by step reassuring m I was apprehensive if I would be able to get financed for a vehicle. A'lisa was wonderful!!! She took me through the process step by step reassuring me I was in a much better place than I realized. Taking that pressure away and reassuring me helped take my negative focus off of the financial part and redirected it to a positive mindset to think clearly about my options. She was very attentive, listened to my needs, and a fresh of breath air to talk with.
