We have bought 2 vehicles from Mark and he took very good care of us as well as never telling anything but the truth about how long our orders would take to be filled from the factory but kept us informed all the way. We bought new a 22 Bronco Sport and a 24 Ranger. Both have had a couple of recalls which Landmark Service (mobile)and at the dealership could not have been nicer and on time.

Zero stars. Easily the worst customer service experience that I have ever have had. It took three months to diagnose, make an attempted repair (that didn't work) and then repair my daily driver 2019 F-150. The customer service stopped taking and/or returning my calls several times while they had me truck. The estimated prices for the repair changed, ultimately costing $2000 more than originally quoted. When they finally got the vehicle repaired, it was sitting in their lot for 2 months. They returned me a filthy vehicle which must have been outside for 2 months covered in bird droppings. They could not process a DEBIT CARD payment, which they harassed me about, accusing me of having insufficient funds for, which I didn't. Nobody on this staff seems to be in the least bit professional. I would never recommend this establishment. Thanks for the 3 month nightmare. I went here because it was a "Ford Dealership", what a frustrating experience, and no loaner vehicles, awesome.

My husband had a service appointment this morning at 9am. This appointment was made a month ago and he drove one hour to get there. He checked in early and waited for over an hour. When he asked the service employee when they would be getting to his vehicle they were very rude. This normally patient man was so upset that he took his key and left. They have had my truck for over a month. Simple repair DEF heater, oil filter, Check breaks. 900.00 diagnostic charge. Won't start any repairs for another week or so. Told them I just wanted to pick my truck up, now I have to find a service center that will actually work on the truck.
