Helped me with every little detail he could have to help make it smooth and an amazing experience Thank you so much for all the assistance I could have ever needed and more. Robert, the service manager is horrible with communication. Not only that when he does speak, he says the same thing over and over and over and over in just different ways. I have paperwork showing that that dealership is putting the wrong oil in my car and they're going to do absolutely nothing about it. They tell me oh no. We're putting the right oil in just your paper works wrong. I just spent an extra $3000 on an upgraded warranty.For a 100000 miles that Dewey, Griffin has now voided because they're putting the wrong oil in my car.I feel that they owe me that money back.And I will never do business with their service department.They are corrupt crooks.I am going higher up the chain.I am getting a lawyer involved.I am going to SUBARU themselves. Think they need to be held accountable for my WRX
