In mid August 2025 I worked with a salesman named Dylan Parry and put down $1,000 on a used 2020 8 passenger van. I wish like heck I could have moved ahead with this purchase. I did not do my homework ahead of time for my new business start up was the problem. I needed a low interest SBA loan to make it workout. All my interaction with this dealership were very positive, even when I explained I could not complete my side of the sales agreement.

The guys at Kendall Ford really went out of their way to make our experience successful and enjoyable. Jake was knowledgeable, professional and amiable throughout the process. We had some unique challenges to overcome in order to close the sale, and the whole team at Kendall worked with us to come out with a solution that was, suffice it to say, outside of the box - but it worked! Our vehicle is in great condition for an "as-is" vehicle. No surprises or hidden defects after a week of driving. If there is any criticism of the sales process, it would have to be the "mug shot" that is required for an "as-is" vehicle in which the buyer must stand in front of the vehicle being purchased and pose for a picture while holding a sign clearly visible stating that they understand that the vehicle is an "as-is" with no warranty implied. If you have ever seen an old fashioned mug shot with the prisoner holding up the sign in front of them, you get the idea. Not only is this horrifically undignified, but it makes one seriously question the vehicle they are purchasing. I understand that there are reasons that Kendall Ford feels this is neccessary, but I believe a clearly worded disclaimer, signed by the purchaser, should be more than enough to successfully waive liability. Kendall needs to re-think this policy which strips the dignity from the buying experience and deeply harms the positive feelings that the sales staff works so hard to create for each customer there. All in all, I would still recommend purchasing a vehicle from Kendall Ford in Marysville, but perhaps not an "as-is" vehicle in order to avoid the mug shot!

Do yourself a giant favor and drive past Epic Ford, the advisors are dishonest and the technicians incompetent. My repair issues and warranty work necessitated staying with Epic, but i will NEVER bring any vehicle to them again.

I recently purchased a Ford Fusion from Courtesy Ford in Poulsbo Wa. Unlike most automobile dealing, It was a very pleasant experience. During the process of buying the car the people I dealt with, the Salesman, the Sales Manager, and the Service Manager all impressed me as ethical and aboveboard. I researched the market before buying the car and got it for the price I intended to pay; no hassles. I understand that this dealer is under new ownership and management. I think they got it right this time and I will return on my next ford purchase.

If there is a dealership that is the "real deal" this would be it. Off the beaten path and tucked neatly away in the middle of Monroe is this place. No pressure and an honest small-town feeling. This is the place to do business.My wife and i left with a very good feeling, one you will not find these days. Times are changing and the "on-line" trends are making things easy.Within 2 hours we were driving away in an incredible car at a great price. I would not hesitate to drop in here again for another vehicle and i wish i would have known about these guys years ago.There was no aggressive sales tactics, just a simple offer and a great deal. The staff is cooperative and made things go very smooth, my wife was very happy and still is talking about it.A business card and a handshake was all it took and keeping it simple and "to the point" was all it took.
