Excellent customer service! This is our 5th car purchased at Sunset Ford, our son bought his truck from Sunset Ford, my parents have purchased their vehicles from Sunset Ford. They day we bought my Dodge Durango, my husbands boss came to Sunset Ford and bought a truck! We feel valued and appreciated when we are there, either making a purchase or routine maintenance. The last two vehicles were have purchased, we had the same salesman. Dave is amazing!!!! Thanks for being a reliable dealership with excellent customer service! In mid August 2025 I worked with a salesman named Dylan Parry and put down $1,000 on a used 2020 8 passenger van. I wish like heck I could have moved ahead with this purchase. I did not do my homework ahead of time for my new business start up was the problem. I needed a low interest SBA loan to make it workout. All my interaction with this dealership were very positive, even when I explained I could not complete my side of the sales agreement.

In 2018 I was injured and janay made the buying process the fasted I have ever experienced. If there is a dealership that is the "real deal" this would be it. Off the beaten path and tucked neatly away in the middle of Monroe is this place. No pressure and an honest small-town feeling. This is the place to do business.My wife and i left with a very good feeling, one you will not find these days. Times are changing and the "on-line" trends are making things easy.Within 2 hours we were driving away in an incredible car at a great price. I would not hesitate to drop in here again for another vehicle and i wish i would have known about these guys years ago.There was no aggressive sales tactics, just a simple offer and a great deal. The staff is cooperative and made things go very smooth, my wife was very happy and still is talking about it.A business card and a handshake was all it took and keeping it simple and "to the point" was all it took.
