Years ago I wasn't a fan of the former Barrier Porsche in Bellevue, but I appreciate the staff and attention to excellence at the Porsche Bellevue that is now part of the AutoNation dealership network. I had exceptional communication throughout my service thanks to Anastasia and the rest of the team, my courtesy car was ready, and I received text and video updates via phone throughout the entire service. I had questions about upcoming service and was provided a detailed future estimate, which is exceptionally helpful for planning expenses next year. My car was returned ahead of schedule and everything feels and handles great. I'll be back! Thank you!

We bought a used 2018 Porsche panamera with Jake D’Souza‘s help. It was a good experience and my family got to check out other cool(er) cars during our visit. Some snacks were made available by the dealer which was helpful as we had come from out of town and were short on time. We traded down in car and got our check in the mail quickly. Never heard did get a second key but wasn’t promised one either. I think of it as even as Jake was able to get my wife a Porsche branded sweater before we left.

I was deciding to buy a Mercedes or Audi but from the moment I walked into Porsche the salesperson was attentive, courteous, friendly and helpful. The salesperson gave me space and time to think. He wasn't trying hard to push for a sale which was refreshing but instead felt like more of a friend helping me with the best value I can get for what I'm willing to pay. This experience makes me want to buy more in the future.
