My 2020 Ram 2500 had an exhaust system failure where the system failed to regenerate and continuing to drive it was not an option. The truck was dropped off just before closing on Tuesday night. I got a call mid afternoon mid Wednesday saying it was ready to go. Thankfully it was under warranty and many parts were replaced. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to Trevis, the service manager, his crew and the parts department. I did not expect it back this fast but most thankful that it is. Thanks to all those who had a hand in getting my truck back on the road

Worked with Craig on a Jeep Wrangler. Craig is very professional, but takes really good care of his customers. Ended up not buying the Jeep, due to having the same thing. Expect the difference was model trim . If anything changes on my end, I’ll definitely keep Lithia CDJR Grants Pass on my radar.
