Staff was very professional and understanding to get us through the process with our vehicle issues. This vehicle has to many eiectronic sensors issues that has caused a waste of my time and this dealerships time. I like this vehicle but the sensors issues is troubling to say the least. Brake & suspension alerts keep coming on the display and now shadow display on the date & time display is happening. We have another appointment set for 12-16-2025. Purchased truck in July 2025, to many service visits in my opinion. I've had Dodge trucks for a long time. Thank you, Jasen & Stephanie Strickland

Shannon Guffey in the sales department is a very dishonest salesperson. Do not trust this man, he sold me a very bad product, he's a car salesman with mobile tinting service on the side. Did a terrible job, promised to come back to fix it, but never heard from him again. We just found out the tint was totally illegal tint as well!!!
