Went in to look at a truck about an hour before closing. Marcus was so helpful even though he was already helping 3 other groups as he was the only salesperson left for the day. While we started the process, due to it being late in the day, we weren’t able to finish. They helped me finish everything over the phone/online the very next day and even delivered the truck to me after I got home from work. I had questions on the paperwork, and the manager called me the following day to clarify it and answer all my remaining questions. Very helpful, and very professional. I have been to many dealerships and have never been treated this well. I will only ever shop at Woodland Motors.

Not the dealership I purchased my vehicle from. I ordered a trailer hitch to be delivered to and installed by this dealer. I also ordered the plastic cowl that fills in the bumper gaps nicely. Here's where I made my mistake. I paid for the hitch to be installed when I purchased both parts, but not the cowl. I get a call from my very nice service advisor and I'm told the mechanic is having some trouble installing this cowl and wanted to let me know there's going to be an extra charge because of it. I was informed the shop rate is $250 per hour and the technician had already put in over an hour. I was told that I would not encounter the full price that likely my charge would be around $120. I said I could live with it but I wasn't happy as the part is oem and only a $35 part, with the online option of it installed for an additional $30. I was told they can not honor that price, but not to worry, I wouldn't be paying full price. $127 later I was on my way. I can not recommend this location for reasonable service pricing.

Freddy was extremely rude and unreliable. I requested forms for DMV green decal and submitted to him exactly what the DMV requested. He lost the form and my phone number and proceeded to have attitude behind it.
