We traded in our 2 toyotas to buy a 2024 rav 4 at the dealership. We are very lucky to meet Kevin at the Toyota dealership. He always treats everyone with courtesy and respect. Called back as expected. Don't seem to want to sell the truck from an out of state person with money in hand. Refused to exempt sales tax, wouldn't accept card for amount that I was getting from bank. Said owner wouldn't accept this forms of payment. Also said I had to do background or credit check before we could drive away. California can keep its garbage.

We have moved 2 hours farther south and we are still planning on driving up to Merced to purchase another car if they have the model we are looking for.
