Came into Cole to evaluate a double beep sound on my alarm for a 2013 jaguar xf. Bernard on the sales team pushed me out as quickly as possible when asking questions about the 2 hours ($600) spent already on trying to locate the problem. Dropped the car off with a working rearview camera. Left with a black screen. After many back and forths talking with Steve the xxx. manager he told me this was a common problem and was my responsibility to deal with. Even being a common problem it worked before I trusted them being a professional reprentative of Jaguar and ended up with a double beep still and now a ($900) rear view camera bill. Stay Away From Here!!! I wish I saw this before I came here!
