I had a great experience with Gary Poarch, the Service Manager at Audi Marin. After my car was damaged by a nearby oil change place, Gary really went above and beyond to help me out. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely took an interest in my situation. His communication was clear, he knew his stuff, and he made sure I always felt taken care of. Due to the actions of the oil change place, it was a frustrating and difficult experience, but Gary made it better. He kept me updated the whole way through and really made the process easier to handle. Gary and the Audi team, including Taryn, were all fantastic—helpful, professional, and easy to work with. I've been going here for nearly 10 years and the service has gone down the tubes. In short, I had to return 4 times to get a window leak fixed. I was provided no concession and was even incorrectly charged for the service. I had to follow-up 4 times over 2 weeks before someone called me back to address it (when I was told they would get back to me the next day). Just really poor service, expectations, etc. I will never use them again

I came in needing guidance, and he took the time to answer all my questions without ever being pushy. He was transparent and fair when it came to pricing, which made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. Emma from financing was also amazing—she made everything easy to understand and kept the process smooth from start to finish.
