Deborah was incredibly easy to work with—flexible, accommodating, and genuinely focused on making the process smooth from start to finish. Chris was equally great and got us in and out with absolutely no hassle. It was a pleasure and genuinely refreshing to work with him. I’ve been to many dealerships over the years, and this was hands down the fastest, easiest, and most pleasant leasing experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this team.

What is the point of an appointment when walkins are taken first? Three people with out appointments were waiting for the door to open when I got in line. I had a 7:30 appointment and all three vehicles were serviced before mine. I was still waiting when all three people left.

The sales rep was knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. From start to finish it was very easy no pressure and no hidden fees or surprises. They were upfront about pricing. The finance manager wasn't pushy to try and get us to buy services we didn't want.

Promises promises! - Unhappy customer

Promises promises! We bought a very expensive used truck from Monarch Ford when we got it home we realized it didn’t have a spare so we called immediately and they told us they would get us one. That was 3 months ago and still nothing we woke up this morning to snow and a flat tire with no spare. We keep getting the run around 1 person says they have it then they pass it on to another person who says they will order one. Lies! Check your used cars for spares before you leave the lot ! This should have been noticed when it went thru their inspection process. Very upset with the lies UPDATE: after waiting close to 3 months for a spare and speaking to numerous people all asking what size it was even taking pictures to get the right size we were able to pick the spare…it’s the wrong size!!! Totally unacceptable and inept we finally give up. I am sure they know we won’t be a return customer so they don’t care. What they aren’t counting on is word of mouth. I will let everyone I know not to go there and why.
