I had a very positive experience with Nissan SJC. Initially, I inquired on a used vehicle - and upon calling the dealership I was annoyed when they mentioned about the addendums. Considering it was a cheap vehicle (advertised for $12.5k), I didn't think I'd be getting a good deal.
About a week has passed, and Parker followed up again. I recapped our conversation from the week prior - and advised I'm seriously interested and will purchase the vehicle if he can provide me some true numbers. I then spoke with Hector, and we came to a deal prior to me visiting the dealership.
I've purchased over 40 vehicles in my lifetime (check out some of my other reviews). Regarding my purchasing experience with Parker & Hector, I would hands down purchase from this dealership again.
Prior to this, I've established a relationship with my Ford dealership for the past few years (purchased/leased 7 Fords in 6 years), but since the pandemic they've become greedy - and no longer care for loyal customers. Growing up, my parents had Nissans & Infiniti (280Z/280ZX/300ZX Z31 & Z32/Murano/Juke/Rogue/FX35) - so I'm familiar with the brand and with the way new car prices are going, I wouldn't mind considering another Nissan for my family's next vehicle.
