This dealership has had my wrangler since 12-17-24 for the hybrid battery recall. We started calling every week for an update. They replaced the battery, however another problem was found. This vehicle was purchased 8/2023. Brand new. It is now 2/4/25 and we were told today that they are backlogged and still have not looked at the vehicle. What is going on? We were told we could call Brian Santoyo or Jonathan Robles. We left messages. A friend of ours who had the same situation said that someone by the name of Casey had to step in to help his situation when they kept his vehicle past 40 days. I’m praying that Casey sees this and helps us out.

I always appreciate enjoy the professionalism, the courteous the direct business with prices, etc. currently I have been dealing with Grahgm and Bill in sales also with Fred in Service and Edgar the assistant to sales all of these people have been professional honest and very attentive to my needs for vehicle purposes.
