Terrible dealer. Had over $2000 in worthless add ons that they did not disclose until after working on paperwork. No negotation on price. Sold me a car with a crack in it and said they would take care of it. Took a month to actually get me scheduled and then did not do anything but “seal” then said that’s what the contract says. Yep the contract sure scammed me all right - I expected the crack to be fixed. Obviously have zero care for you as the customer. I like the Jeep I bought and it serves my purpose but I won’t be back and I would stay far away.

Staff was friendly. There were no games or markups. They matched an appraisal by another dealership without issue. The dealership is clean and they provided snacks while waiting. Very happy with my RAM 2500.

Terrible! - Riverside

Terrible! They submitted the payment for my trade in car late to the previous dealership, and, in turn, messed up my credit. I have NEVER missed a payment. Now it shows two late payments. When I approached them, they blamed it on the busy holidays. Sales manager who I was dealing with last time regarding a trade in was raising his voice (size of my arm) and being rude. Bad experience.
