UPDATE (Friday, June 27): It is now Friday morning. The General Manager, Jeff Burgess, ignored my final deadline of 4:00 PM yesterday. He and the entire management team at All-Star Kia of San Bernardino have made the choice to continue ignoring my family, my formal complaints, and their responsibility to fix the financial damage they have caused by failing to pay off my trade-in loan. Their silence is a clear admission of their negligence. The public record now clearly shows their refusal to operate in good faith. Title: UPDATE: Financial Negligence & Refusal to Communicate Review: UPDATE: This situation has now escalated to direct financial harm. I have just received a delinquency notice from Kia Motors Finance because All-Star Kia FAILED to pay off the loan on my trade-in vehicle. They are now actively damaging my credit score through their negligence. Due to their complete failure to respond, I have also been forced to file formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the California Attorney General's Office. Original Review: My family was a loyal, repeat customer of this dealership. We signed a contract for our second vehicle from them and took it home. They then voided our legally signed contract due to an error they admitted was their fault. As a handicapped father with an autistic son, I sent a formal email to the General Manager explaining the hardship and offering a clear solution. I gave him a firm 5 PM deadline to respond. He and his entire management team completely ignored me. This company's incompetence is shocking.

Warning do not use this dealership.Bait and switch. Was told that every car comes with low Jack. As well as pulse At the end of making our deal, I did not receive the low Jack, as promised in the original agreement and in financing, they tried to persuae. You to get the platinum warranty, along with them. Platinum, synthetic oil. I was able to negotiate a deal which I paid cash on so I did not finance a warranty. However, they said they would be giving me a code for the load Jack, and it was not even on the car and afterward in the car. I asked, well, how does the low Jack work? And my sales agent stated that they should have gave you the code in finance. I walked in, talked to the general manager, and she replied to me that there's no money in the deal that that was negotiated. However, my salesperson stated that it was. looked at arthur he replied sorry he put his shoulders up in the air and stated "I don't know what to say. She's the boss." Please do not use this dealership, as they will defer you and take your money. This was on May 5th 2025 They also made up additional fake emails on the contract and warranty that i'm still today.Pursuing to have them, change and have not done so yet. At at the moment. Shame on me for not asking the question. Prior to signing the contract. I do understand I have a 3 day period which they might get this car back today. I just want to warn people out there to be careful and do their homework as I spent over 6 hours at the dealership and purchased several cars and trucks over the years. This is the worst experience i've ever had. PLEASE TAKE THIS INTO CONSIDERATION WITH DEALING WITH THIS DEALERSHIP.

I am consistent about maintaining my car and when things come up. Had a weird vibration in the steering wheel that was diagnosed as nothing. This happened just prior to the 100,000 mile warranty expiration. I took it in again when it persisted, just slightly after the 100,000 mile warranty expired and the problem was diagnosed as a broken crankshaft pulley bolt. They also gave us the impression that they knew if was probably this problem when we brought it in originally. I was furious but what can you do. Now, years later, I receive a class action lawsuit notice about this very problem. Bad news is that I have sense tossed the receipt to prove that I had to pay the $1,000+ repair bill. Very, very frustrating.
