This is my second Mercedes that I have bought from the Farmington dealership. I first bought a brand new 2021 Mercedes C 300 and then I just bought a slightly used Mercedes GLE 350. I absolutely love the no pressure and how my cell lady.Thalia listen to my wants and needs and understood my situation regarding retirement. I appreciated the finance manager walking over to me and telling me a special rate he got for me through a different credit union and worked outside the box. They also gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade, which worked out perfect. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly and very professional. I highly recommend the Mercedes Farmington, Utah dealership to everyone.

Cole Czipka was our sales consultant, and he was absolutely incredible. He is extremely knowledgeable about the Palisade’s features and took the time to make sure we were comfortable with every detail. Not only was he professional and respectful of our time and needs, but he also had excellent follow-through, making sure every question we had was answered promptly. (And it certainly didn’t hurt that he was very easy on the eyes!) The dealership environment itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Here is a dealership that makes car buying a pleasure. They truly made the process so smooth and easy. I spent more time at the bank, than I did at the dealership. Initially I was there as an observer, as my daughter had found a car she was interested in checking out. Second time, I returned her car for a promised repair. They made the repair, and my wife and I left with another car to test drive. Both purchases were so nice, no pressure, negotiating was simple and pleasant. We now have two fantastic vehicles in the family, and I will definitely return when looking for another in the future!!! Kellen was my salesman, and Jake was my daughter's, both were awesome!
