Despite experiencing a power outage in the service dept yesterday Am, Jake, a service rep, got me into the que for my scheduled time. Check in was quick and efficient, and my shuttle home worked very well. Have not been to AutoNation Subary West for some time, and the new renovation was a truly pleasant suprise - nice job. Check out was just as easy as check-in, and like my shuttle home in the Am, the return trip from my home to the dealership for pickup was easy-peasy; check-out a breeze as well. Work done well!

I have been coming to this dealership since 2017. It is hands-down the best car dealership I have ever dealt with. I trust them to be honest with me about whatever is going on with my vehicles. I cannot say enough about their customer service over the years. They are doing it right! It is almost like an fun outing for me to take my car in. I can either choose to wait in the waiting area they have -which is lovely, or be dropped off in Boulder somewhere by their shuttle service and picked up when I am ready. I drive up from downtown Denver and it is totally worth the drive.

Valley Subaru has been amazing. So much so that we just bought our 3rd Subaru from them. They offer fantastic deals on their cars, VERY reasonable offers on trade ins, and the employess are all so nice and helpful. I've over 50 years old and have had my share of dealing with car dealerships. Valley Subaru is second to none! HIGHLY recommend!
