I brought my car for a simple service, Houston met me at my car and went over was was scheduled to be done, he then walked me to the waiting area and the entire place is very clean to include the restrooms. The mechanic suggested that I have a few things done but because I work from home my car has low miles and Houston suggested that I wait. As a woman I really appreciate that kind of honesty. They also cleaned my car free of charge. I'll definitely continue taking my car there for service.

What a joke this place is! My husband and I visited after seeing a lightly used SUV listed online. Once we saw it in person, we quickly realized it wouldn’t suit our needs, so we browsed the lot and found another vehicle that caught our interest. That’s when things went downhill. When we started negotiating, they came back with completely outrageous numbers — I’m talking about monthly payments nearly $300 more than what we ultimately got at another dealership. Their online pricing is incredibly misleading and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. After wasting hours dealing with nonsense and dishonesty, we walked away. Thankfully, we found an amazing deal on a better car in San Marcos. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.
