The staff at Austin Subaru have always been professional and awesome to deal with. I bring my Subaru in for oil changes and maintenance and they have always been straight forward and accommodating. I like the laid back atmosphere and the coffee bar is a plus when I am waiting on service of my vehicle to be completed.

Elizabeth failed to verbally keep me updated by her own admission. I initially requested an oil change and a free car wash. I waited 2 hours for the service. My car service was completed and I failed to respond to the text message because I fell asleep waiting. This could have been avoided if Elizabeth came to update me in person.
