My husband and I had just parked when a friendly staff member guided us to Cecilia. Last month, we were car shopping for our son and visited several dealerships. We weren't very impressed by them; however, Cecilia was very professional and listened to what WE wanted. The Finance Manager, Hector, was also friendly and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. He even got us a better interest rate than from our bank! Extremely Disappointed I took my 2021 Tahoe to this dealer’s service department for a routine service and to have an engine light checked. When my vehicle was returned to me, it had a broken window. The car was dropped off in perfect condition, with all windows intact, yet the dealer refused to take responsibility. I was told that this “could happen to anyone,” which is completely unacceptable. A dealership should protect the vehicles in their care not blame the customer for damage that happened on their property. This experience is just one of many issues I’ve had with this dealer over the past year. My 2021 Tahoe has needed an engine replacement and several other repairs, and the service department has been unreliable, unhelpful, and far from customer friendly. At this point, I can honestly say I do not recommend this dealership at all. The only positives are Shelby, the service advisor, and Ray in sales both are amazing and know how to treat customers with respect. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience does not match their professionalism. Because of the dealership’s lack of accountability and poor service, I will no longer be returning. Very disappointed

Service Dept. is terrible! They never called me know what they found when I took it in for issues with my 4WD.I went by and they said they could not call me as their phones were down.. mind you as I arrived they were standing outside talking on cell phones! I went by 3 times to find out what was going on with my vehicle and no one from service was there to help or could get on the phone and the sales guy- manager on duty- was rude! Their story was they could not follow up with me on a call due to phones being down at their location-When I said, "You all have cell phones!" he threw the paper with my information at me and said, " I can't help you- have a nice day"... Then- on top of all of that, They let my friend pick up the vehicle without even calling me to confirm he had permission to do so!!! REALLY????!!!! Terrible service! I bought the car from them... 2 months later I bought my son a new car- and I DID NOT buy it there!
