Very attentive and friendly which is good. Need to review the service plan blueprint for maintenance drop offs. No need to give everyone the same drop off time then rack and stack in the waiting room for a known follow up on an incomplete service when a part comes in. Also waited 3 weeks for the part- too long, hurts brand loyalty.
