I purchased a car from them on April 22 paid cash instead of financing. 15 days later, the rear brakes came out of the car going down the highway 70 miles an hour. The service department failed to secure the brakes when they replaced the brakes at the top of the car being traded in this is after I paid an additional $500 to make sure the car with CPI. Not only that the detail that was supposedly done on the car was god awful. There were still cat hair under the seats between the seats. The inside of the doors compartments were nasty and disgusting, and you can clearly see where armor all was swiped here and there the seatbelts were gross. Flat nasty for a dealership detail on top of almost losing my life due to their negligent service. They paid for the repairs never offered to have the car re-detailed and all I got was and I’m sorry!

I don’t like being touch by salesman rubbing my arm or telling me he can come to my house and help me with car electronics if I don’t understand something on car this made me be afraid of being in my house alone I didn’t stay in my house for 2 day I was scare and stress he was very kind but I am a widow and 75 years old and this made my happy experience scary I don’t was this gentleman to lose his job but I don’t want no one to go Thur what I am going Thu I’m scare to go stay home by myself I already told my children and also I’m doing this survey even though he told me not to do it he was going to do it with me not to do it myself he would do it for me
