I brought my Toyota RAV4 in for scheduled maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) and a few other minor concerns, such as a missing tire stem cap and my backup camera view looking like it was in a fishbowl.
I appreciated how quickly I was greeted as soon as I pulled into a service lane. My service advisor Joseph was very friendly and listened to my concerns about my review camera and missing tire stem cap and wrote them down. He also advised me that my maintenance plan included new filters and new wiper blades, which I didn’t even know were covered in my plan.
I had originally planned to wait at the dealership while the maintenance was being done, but after agreeing to some other services that were recommended based on my mileage, Joseph offered a complimentary car rental so I could run errands and not wait 4-5 hours for my car. I was pleasantly surprised by this because another dealership that I previously used would make me wait 3-4 hours (for only an oil change mind you) and never offered this service.
My car was ready in 4 hours and I was so happy to discover the backup camera view was greatly improved, (possibly needing a software update.) They did forget the tire stem cap, but Joseph personally went a grabbed a few, putting one on my tire and handing me the others to save in case I ever lost one again. It was a small gesture that meant a lot to me.
I truly appreciate the personal care I received. Every person I interacted with was professional and courteous, including Joseph and the rental department. It was a great experience. I will be back to Mike Calvert for all my vehicle’s service.
