I recently had a very negative experience with Mac Haik Toyota. After spending $1000 to maintenance my car which was having absolutely no problems, I was left with a severely damaged transmission just a couple weeks after their technicians serviced it. I spoke to the Director of Service, who was incredibly dismissive and unhelpful - he has absolutely terrible customer service skills and was unwilling to show any concern for my problem which now costs nearly $5,000. Do NOT bring your car here. The technicians don’t know what they’re doing, and the guy in charge is the service department is a joke.

Late yesterday morning I called Keating Toyota and asked if they had a 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid Max my wife and I might test drive. I was connected to salesman Joseph who set up an appointment for my wife and I to visit and text drive a car he said he they had on their lot. He said he sent me the specifics for the car. After an hour long drive from Galveston my wife and I learned from a subordinant salesman who was sent to meet with us that they did not have the car. No apologies were received from Joseph for our two hours of wasted time and long drive. Beware of this dealership! They are unethical!

Had an oil change on June 4, 2024. - Very disappointed customer

Had an oil change on June 4, 2024. Started seeing fluid on the ground whenever I parked the vehicle. Had my husband look at it and discovered oil was leaking on the ground. Tried to get service appt this past Fri and Sat but the message stated the service dept was closed. Needless to say I had to get the vehicle checked out and found out the the gasket was not tightened after the last oil change. Had to get a new oil change and thank goodness for that dealership’s expertise in analyzing and fixing the careless error of Tejas service department. Will never go back to Tejas now renamed Space City! Very costly error

We purchased a Toyota C-HR from Toyota of Alvin in 2017, and at the time we were very happy with the vehicle. We also bought the Wheel Lock Lug Nuts from the dealership to help prevent the wheels from being stolen. However, when we had all four tires replaced a few years later, the tire shop informed us that the Wheel Lock Lug Nuts installed on our vehicle were not compatible with the tires. I reached out to the dealership to report the issue, but unfortunately, no one ever responded. This means that for several years, I was driving a vehicle that I believed was properly secured, when in reality the Wheel Lock Lug Nuts did not provide the safety and protection I expected for myself and my family. This experience has taught me that when purchasing a vehicle, it’s important to choose a dealership that prioritizes customer safety and trust and not just sales.
