Made a reservation a week in advance for a safety recall issue. Noted in the reservation that I would wait while the work was done. Drove to the dealership in pouring rain at 8:00 am only to be told that I would have to leave the vehicle for minimum 2 days. No loaner available. Service tech blamed it on being very busy with recalls but then what's the point of making a reservation. He said they had the part but not the time. They sent me 3 texts confirming my appt but never communicated that I would have to leave the car for 2 days. Will NEVER bring my car to them for anything again.
