In 2017, nine years ago, Franko helped me pick out my now paid-off 2017 Ford F-150 that had around 15,300 miles on it. He made the process of trading it in very smooth and easy when it came to choosing a new vehicle. I chose a used 2023 Ford F-150 with around 40,000 miles, and George over in finance worked tirelessly to get me the best deal I could possibly get when it came to choosing a bank/credit union for financing it. I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase, and very happy with the outcome of the payment amounts, and all the service from Franko and George that it took to make it happen. I also must commend George in finance for helping me the way he did, even while he was dealing with a serious eye injury at the time. I've always been a Ford customer since 2017, and I have never had a reason to go anywhere else as of 2026, and probably never will!

Excellent Service - Excellent Repair and Excellent human beings. They went above and beyond the call of duty. On our way from Oklahoma City to Austin, Texas, we broke down on I-35, and had arranged for our Ford SUV to be towed to the nearest Ford Dealership. It was our great good fortune that it was Seth Wadley, because my daughter, granddaughter and I were stranded with no way to get there; no Lyft or Uber service in the area. They not only sent someone to get us off the highway, but they drove us to the motel where we had to stay while they repaired the vehicle, and picked us up again the next day. The repair was excellent, and the car ran better than ever after their work. If we didn't live over 300 miles away, they'd be our choice for service. People like this help restore faith in humanity. Ordered a Maverick and got it at MSRP, no hassles. It took almost 500 days to get my truck (Ford's fault, not theirs) and they kept me informed all the way through the process. When my truck did arrive they informed me as it rolled off the carrier and had it ready to pick up the next day. They honored my original order price and no hassles when I brought my own financing. There was no ADM/Market adjustment, and no mandatory dealer add-ons. Cory Osage (salesman) and Don Johnson (sales manager were great throughout the whole experience. Would definitely recommend if you want to order a Ford.

Angie was very helpful, super friendly, patient and professional during the process of checking out our freshly shipped from Schaumburg, IL the 2025 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited. Only drawback was I guess the company/ shop policy of only 20 minutes to test drive. I've never heard of that in purchasing vehicles before. I had paid $749 to have this car shipped and knew of the only two minor blemishes that were transparent and known from the listing for a tiny pinhole paint chip on passenger front side of fender panel and minor driver seat blemish on the leather. So very good chance I was going to purchase it, given the $749 gamble without having physically seen the vehicle in person until after delivery. I had pre-filled out paperwork online and uploaded necessary documents, so we were still there according to my wife over 4 hours. We were not in a rush though, and again appreciated Angie's patience and diligence in the process. I'd rather take thorough time than rush and possible mistakes or things missed. Overall still a good process though and would still recommend CarMax.

While visiting OKlahoma city, the wife and i decided to check out fords new mach e mustang, only problem was no one in Ok city or tulsa had one. Another dealer in Ok city told me to call mark allen in chickasha. I called and talk to Kyle Richardson about the car we wanted he told me they had one on the lot. so Friday after the wife was finished with work we drove over to the dealer arriving past closing time thinkin we only get to look if we were lucky but to discover Kyle was still there and willing to take the time to show and even let us test drive the car. We decided last night 10/12/2021 to order thru ford but i picked a local dealer in in BA. Kyle calls me this morning to tell me if i decided to buy a car he would talk to thier manager to make it happen. When I told him what i had done he understood completely says if there is anything he could do to help i was to call!!
