made an appointment to have our EDGE serviced.......we met with Matt who advised us it would take several days before the car could be serviced. The very next day we received a call from him to bring the car back....he arranged for a rental and the service began.....tire rotation and balance issues were addressed and corrected....GPS computer monitoring was completed....Matt treated us like family and made certain everything was working properly for our "long drive to New York." ... .he painstakingly synced our phones to the cars GPS and made sure everything was PERFECT before we left the lot...we are so appreciative of Matt's expertise and customer service!

Dropped my F-150 power boost off at 5:45 8/7/25, rear end out had to use 4 wheel drive so the front wheels could pull me from oolagah, Ok to Broken Arrow, Ok about 45 minute drive. Talked with service the entire drive trying to get a loaner to drive. They have 40 loaners available but all are loaned out and there is a waiting list. Bad sign!!! Have to find a ride back home and borrow or rent something to get to work. They said they would get my truck in first thing Friday morning 8/8/25. I start calling at 9am. After three attempts with three voicemails I get a call back at 12:35 telling me they checked it out and the rear end was damaged but they were not sure if it was covered under the recall but unfortunately I still couldn’t have a loaner. Finally received a text, not even a phone call, at 5:20pm right at closing time telling me it was covered under the recall and they found the parts in the back to repair my truck. This tells me they had the parts all day but chose not to work on my truck until Monday. Actually the text said he would talk to the mechanic on Monday to see how long it will take to repair. I’m still without a vehicle from 8/7/25 to at least 8/11/25. I said to the service person this is FN ridiculous, using the actual letters fn not the word, the service person said since I was cussing at him he had to hang up. So he did. I am not impressed with Jim Norton ford service department or management. My recommendation to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle is to not use Jim Norton ford. The receptionist who directed my calls was the only person who was polite, courteous and helpful. I believe her name was Ester, if I’m wrong I apologize she was very polite and professional and if I came across as rude to her I apologize for that from the bottom of my heart. Sincerely I’m sorry.

Never again will I drive another vehicle that needs to be Fixed Or Repaired Daily. My first ford expedition I purchased through military sales in Korea in 2008, no problems. My second was a 2015 f150 platinum. This one, while driving on cruise control back to Ft. Sam Houston, TX, the truck would suddenly slam on the brakes as if something was in the road, there wasn’t. Scared the xxxx out of me. There was a recall for this issue, I took it to a ford dealer in San Antonio, and they told me the truck had already been in for that, and they would not fix the problem. I traded the vehicle, as is, for a Chevy. The next problem I purchased was from patriot auto group in Chandler, OK , never buy a used vehicle from them. Either they did know they sold me a flood damaged vehicle, or they didn’t know that they received a flood damaged vehicle, A 2017 f150 limited, which I thought was a good deal. Well, it took eight weeks to try to get the driver’s side running board to work properly. I finally had to call the little red head guy (one of the owners) to get the dealer to install new aftermarket running boards. This same truck, while driving, ALL the electronic warning lights, headlights, signals and radio would start flashing off and on, the horn stopped working and the truck would shut off while driving, all I could do was to roll to a safe spot to pull over and stop and still does not work. So, I took the truck to bill knight ford and they charged me $4000+ to fix this issue, so I thought. They told me something had leaked and caused the damage. After I received my truck, I drove for about 2 ½ weeks and the same thing happened. No worries right, just take it back and have them correct it right, it was paid for. Well, bill knight ford called me and told me it would cost $11,000 to repair. WHAT?! I paid you $4000 to repair it, nope! After I put up a fuss about the work being guaranteed I was told, “OK, we’ll discount what you have already paid”, what? What have I paid already? Well bill knight was going to discount the four grand I had paid them to fix the problem, again, I was told that they would knock $4000 from the $11000 cost to repair what I had already paid them for and what they supposedly fixed. I called progressive to file a claim and to make a long story short, progressive insurance told me my truck was not covered because I purchased progressive insurance in Texas so that progressive would not cover the repair in Oklahoma. Progressive also informed me that the windshield had been replaced. I still have the truck and I AM going to sell it, AS IS, just like I did with the platinum and if anyone gets injured due to the faultiness of the vehicle, it’ll be on ford, I have proof that I tried to fix it and my truck was found on road dead!

May 4th i went to ford in muskogee an met jennifer the wonderful cheerful sales lady that sold me my car.Jennifer showed me everything about my new car even set my phone up for me.I just want to thank Jennifer shes an awesome sales lady an a very caring person.Jennifer thank you.Also the managers were all very friendly an courteous.

We had been to other dealers in town and had a horrible experience, so we tried Doenges, and immediately we knew it would be a different experience than any where else. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Bret, our salesman was extremely nice and polite.Tim Ditonto also helped us with vehicle stats and the carfax history. They were honest upfront and never acted like we were burdensome. Michele Gaines went above and beyond to help us get the financing and payment that would fit us. She stayed late into the evening and was extremely personable. This car buying experience was the best i have ever had! It was so smooth and painless. We will recommend Doenges from now on to everyone!! Thank you!!!

SUPERIOR is a good one-word description of this Service Dept. I dealt with Shelby to order the parts plus schedule the work on the cars, and Alex during the repair procedures. Please keep in mind, I have been disappointed all too often. I manage a fleet of vehicles about 40 miles away from Siloam Springs. We have two Ford dealers located much closer, but they lack the simple technique of "taking care of the customer". I was impressed with the way that this Service Dept works in conjunction with the Parts Dept. 1) I told them my problem, 2) they took the info on the car, 3) ordered the part, 4) scheduled me to bring it in, and 5) completed repairs above my expectations. Wow, what a concept! Attention: "All Other" Ford Dealers--- This is how you do business! The folks in Siloam Springs should not take this place for granted... they are a local treasure! Thanks and keep up the great work!
