Our reason for seeking a used car was our difficulty getting into our F150. We went to Riverside Ford and was greeted by a friendly salesperson. He showed us exactly what we needed worked diligently to meet our needs including our payment plan. It was a joy to work with Riverside. We love our 2024 Bronco Sport.

The very next day we received a call from him to bring the car back....he arranged for a rental and the service began.....tire rotation and balance issues were addressed and corrected....GPS computer monitoring was completed....Matt treated us like family and made certain everything was working properly for our "long drive to New York." ... .he painstakingly synced our phones to the cars GPS and made sure everything was PERFECT before we left the lot...we are so appreciative of Matt's expertise and customer service!

What can I say about bill knight ford service? A simple insurance claim turnd into a two month nightmare. Forget the details. You do not want this to happen to you. Unless you don't care about not having your car. As a parting gift an AC system that has never not worked. Perfectly. All of a sudden does not work at all. Hmm. He says I know what is wrong. It's a coincidence. It went out sometime when it was sitting here for 2 months. Or maybe the instant she stopped driving it. Or. Now check this out. While she was driving home she tried to turn on the air but mistakingly opened the rear door which caused her to panic so she opened the hood, the hood flew open, a resident of the ISS 5 hours ago dropped a thimble of air, which crashed into her AC system destroying everything.
