I took the car in because the battery wouldn't hold a charge. The dealer charged me $160+ to tell me I needed a new battery. I was so frustrated with their approach that I left and went to AutoZone. AutoZone tested the battery and the starter and the alternator for free and found the problem. The dealer also gave me a long list of other items they said I needed and tried to sell me on including an oil change - which I just had done elsewhere 3 weeks ago. None of the other items on the list were necessary either. In addition, as I checked out, the advisor tried to use a scare tactic and cautioned me against driving the car. I give them one star because at least they looked at the car quickly. But the charge was absurd for what they did. I am new to the area and was truly hoping to have a dependable service department to rely on. That definitely did not happen at Fletcher Honda. Thanks to AutoZone my car is running just fine.
