Coming in from out of town on a vacation trip with a nail - rwd113113

Coming in from out of town on a vacation trip with a nail in our tire, we were welcomed with open arms. With no appointment, they took the car, put on a new tire, gave us breakfast and charged a very reasonable price. Then they washed the car and vacuumed the inside. I don’t know when I’ve been so nicely treated. Maybe we’ll move to Omaha!!!

I would highly recommend Lexus of Lincoln and Luke Chandler! He made this the easiest car purchase I’ve ever had! He answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable and was so easy to talk to! If I ever look for another car, this will be the first place I go, and he will be the one I ask for ! I also took my car into the service department to have them check something and they had three people come and look at it just to make sure they got it right! They were so friendly and helpful and made me feel at ease. Thank you, Lexus of Lincoln.
