Noticed a truck on their website, stopped by Louisburg Ford to see the truck. Jimmy Baker was my sales associate and showed me the 2023 Ford F150 Supercrew XLT Sport 4x4 with 15k miles. I really liked the truck, it was well optioned for its trim level, options found in higher trim level trucks. I decided to trade out of my 2016 Ford F150 Supercrew XLT 4x4 with 80k miles. The newer truck was priced fairly well based upon the current market trend. The entire process went extremely smooth, Jimmy did a great job during the negotiations, was extremely transparent throughout the entire process. I have owned many Ford vehicles over the years, have never had any issues with them. I would 100% recommend Louisburg Ford and Jimmy Baker if you are in the market for a vehicle.

Adam took great care of me and followed through with all of the small details. While I did my paperwork, he switched the license plates, filled it up with a full tank, put floor mats in it, and moved all of my paperwork over to the new truck. I felt like they made me their priority. And for that reason I will be returning. It is worth the trip.
