Everyone at Corwin Ford was great to work though the day, they were busy and the day was a little chilly. Kyle did a great job kept up with the conversation, entertainment and his knowledge was quick and accurate, there was no anxiety working with Kyle Wiggins he was great. We finished off the deal with Dave in financing and even though his computer crashed it wasn't too long before he got everything going and had everything done and we were out of there with a used car. Thanks again guys.

I would not take my F-150 anywhere for service than Don Vance Ford! I bought the truck new in 2019. It is my very 1st NEW truck! This dealer has always been fair and honest with me and my family over the years. Great folks!

I will never go here again and advise people to find an honest place to buy or maintain a vehicle. This dealer just tried to cheat me big time. I asked for a tune up on my onan 4000 motorhome generator last year and they said they did a carburator tune up and charged me for the work and $120+ for the kit and $278 to do the job. The motorhome sat all winter and was running rough so took it back for what it needs. This yr they said they don't rebuild those and a new carburator is $900+ and $500+ to change it - they said they checked around and that was the cheapest price I looked up the carburator and it is $400 at Onan and less than $100 elsewhere. I told them we will just pick it up. I told them when picking up that I looked up the carburator and the prices I found. They said oh I will look into it and get back to you. I then asked why he said they don't rebuild them as they charged me to do just that last year. He blubbered that he will look into it. Well 2 weeks later, no call. I looked up the problem of it running rough and saw that you can run SeaFoam through it to get rid of the junk from sitting all winter. I did that and it is running like a kitten now. I question if they did anything last year when they charged me $278 to give it a tune up. I also don't understand why they don't know to run the Seafoam through it to clean it out. So they tried to charge me $1600 to put a new carburator in my motorhome generator with 127 hours on it when it only needed cleaned out. Not sure they did anything for $278 last year. I would discourage people from trusting the dealership for anything. I will never buy a vehicle or take anything to them for service again.

The Body Shop personnel were very helpful. The service technician that adjusted my sliding door and the back door did a good job. I no longer get an "open door" alert. The doors close easier also. Thank you

They callled me during my working hours which I get happens so I honestly and politely asked if they could call me back after 3:30 pm… well I’m ACTUALLY & SERIOUSLY looking for a new or used car right now and they never called back so I just went somewhere else to purchase one two days ago.. however I would have bought from them because their ads were what drew me in!
