Had my new 2500 Ram for 2 weeks and it went in to dealership for brake issue. Has been there for 2 months now and still no word on when it will get fixed. Was told I don't get a loaner or rental. The dealership and Chrysler Customer Care don't seem to want to help.

My husband purchased a car from this dealership from brandin greenwell. Stay FAR away from not only him but this dealership in general. They lied and screwed my husband over. They claimed all 4 brakes and rotors were replaced. We do have all of this through text with brandin. Shortly after receiving the car it was making a grinding noise, he took it to our local mechanic here in SC and come to find out the rotors and brakes were so bad on the front they had to be replaced and the backs were not replaced like they claimed. Then they claimed they would pay my husband to get the dashboard fixed and that never happened. Noone will call him back. Its been weeks my husband has been trying to call and get an answer. Corporate is being contacted and if this money isn't refunded for the brakes and rotors and for the dashboard, legal action will be taken. He is trying to give the dealership every avenue to make this right and it looks like they don't care. Good luck Clement....never again will we do business with the sales rep or the dealership and we will be spreading the word.

We decided we'd look for another reliable vehicle and we went up 44 East. We stopped at several dealerships along the way. We hadn't searched for a vehicle in a while and, up until we stopped at Schicker's Automotive, we were shocked to see how customer service had taken a serious nosedive. Several places we stopped, either we were ignored all together, no one offered to help or they diddle-daddled around. But, Schicker's Automotive was unlike anywhere we stopped that day. From the moment we drove in their driveway, someone was right there and said, "Pull right on in!" From the get-go, I let our salesperson, Ken Briick, know our price range and even though we were looking for a used car, we were treated with the utmost of courtesy and respect. The process was easy and trading in our vehicle was easy, too. They were very organized and every single person there was polite, charasmatic and friendly. Ken even took our picture standing in front of our vehicle before we left. He also put gas in before we left! The whole experience was phenomenal. I would definitely go back.
